It seems unfortunate that access to bluetooth requires the professional version though. I'd expect lots of non-professional users might like to write bluetooth-using programs for their phones, especially since there are now so many bluetooth gadgets out there to communicate with.

Is there a free version of 8th? Or which versions are there and what do they cost? Is 8th ANS-Forth compatible?
