A person's life doesn't typically improve in that part of town. If I got murdered though, that would significantly improve the lives of the ANS-Forth enthusiasts. The word "disambiguifier" would never be mentioned again! All in all, this thread has been very creepy! It has also been quite puzzling. You couldn't have realistically expected your clumsy lure to actually induce me to go to 515 E. Grant St. and knock on their door asking for a job. So, what did you expect to accomplish with this? I think that you were trying to hint that you have some connection to the Hells Angels. You didn't want to just come right out and tell me this, so instead you hinted at this indirectly with your goofy encouragement for me to go to an address that is a short distance from their clubhouse and is in an area well known to be under their control. I think that you are bluffing. You don't have any connection to the Hells Angels. You are just an internet troll and a stalker --- you spend a lot of time trying to figure out people's home addresses, but you aren't very good at this (you said that my IP address indicated that I live in California, but I don't) --- the Hells Angels would not associate with you because they would consider you to be an over-grown amoeba. BTW: I noticed that Brian left comp.lang.forth shortly after you posted a satellite photo of his home to post on the comp.lang.forth. I don't know anything about the guy. Would he have been a positive contributor to comp.lang.forth? Well, he couldn't have been any worse that what we have now!

Yet, you've indirectly claimed that you managed to enter into (claimed) gang controlled territory to eat and you survived the (supposed) hostile presence of the Hells Angels. Well, look everyone, it's Hugh the bad-ass. Since you're such a bad-ass, what did you get locked up for? Public urination? Graffiti? Keying a car? Steeling a radio? You can't be a bad-ass without being locked up, forced into a gang, and getting tattooed. What's your gang affiliation OG? > If I got murdered though, I'd guess that it was likely your own fault. Good guess? Some here might wonder why you stopped posting. Your family would care (maybe). No one here would. Although, some here might politely express remorse for the loss of life and say a kind word even if undeserved, or not. That's life. > All in all, this thread has been very creepy! Well, since you're clearly off your medication or on drugs, and currently delusional or paranoid, I would wonder why everything you see isn't creepy in some way. How do the walls look? Your lawn? Dog? I can't see you as being a cat guy. You're not compassionate enough. > You couldn't have realistically expected your clumsy lure to actually > induce me to go to 515 E. Grant St. But, how can you turn down free locally sourced coffee? It's not like the ground in urban environments isn't contaminated with lead. > It has also been quite puzzling. ... So, what did you expect to > accomplish with this? This isn't hard to comprehend. They supposedly rent office space for tech companies. There are 48 of them at that location to be exact. What else would they have, if not jobs? Do you really think the Hells Angels started a tech company? That must really be some expensive stuff you smoke. Or, did you manage to piss them off in some way? Are they after you? That's why you're afraid, isn't it? > I think that you were trying to hint that you have some connection to > the Hells Angels. This non-sense is entirely off-the-chandelier. I provided the website from which the address came, and you can search for articles yourself about them, if you're interested in tech companies in Phoenix in any way. They have an email address too. Feel free to ask them about their supposed gang affiliations, if you think that's appropriate, or why they bought the building there. They have a phone number too. Ask about your safety in that neighborhood. contact info https://www.galvanize.com/phoenix/campus > Would he have been a positive contributor to comp.lang.forth? Do you seriously consider yourself to be a positive contributor here? In what way exactly, are you a _positive_ contributor? : POSITIVE NEGATIVE ; IMMEDIATE Now, that's disambiguified or whatever ... If you do believe that you're a positive contributor, I'd argue that you're exceptionally delusional. No one cares for your rants, or personal attacks or assaults on others. Your code is apparently always useless or broken (according to many others here). Has your Forth code managed to change or improve Forth in some way? In the decade or so I've been here, the answer to that is a solid: "No." Are you a loser or worthless? You're still not finished with your Forth. Yet, it supposedly only took you a few years to code a Forth at Testra from scratch. What is taking you so long? Is this because you waste time/life here by harassing and threatening others? > Well, he couldn't have been any worse that what we have now! That's ironic. You're still here. You're the worst now. Even Bernd has been quiet for a long time. He still doesn't understand that the "Big 3" means General Motors, Ford, and Fiat Chrysler, though. Alex is only being mildly "fussy" on occasion. Also, don't take a vacation in Hawaii. They probably (still) have a standing warrant out for your arrest. That's if you're even allowed to fly there. I've seen that Phoenix is the least expensive place Galvanize has. Doing a little math, an $1500 room for 3-13 persons and suppose it's for a 3 persons, lets say 15 square meters, that's $100/sqm/mo Just curious, is it cheap?

Most cities in the U.S. are not as expensive as New York or San Francisco. Even for New York or San Francisco, moving away from the prime locations just a short distance can dramatically lower prices. High-end office space runs $20 USD to $40 USD or more per square foot per month, depending on the city, location, and building quality or features. This varies widely throughout the U.S. and even within the cities. So, you can figure you'll pay at least $10 USD/sq-ft/mo for basic office space in most larger U.S. cities, and most likely much more than that. $10/sq-ft/mo would be about $107.7/sqm/mo. While that arbitrary $10 rate seems very reasonable to me, Arizona is not an expensive state. That rate might actually be a rather high rate given the city of Phoenix, Arizona or location within it. Land costs in Arizona are just 10% (1/10th) of those in New York state. And, New York state land costs are substantially lower than New York city land costs. Arizona state ranks quite low on per capita income at 39th (i.e., relatively poor state as compared to most of the U.S.). City of Phoenix's per capita income is only 60% of the state level (i.e., even poorer). The per capita in their suburbs is probably higher than the state level. Poverty in Arizona is high, around 17%. Poverty in Phoenix is very high, around 22%. Our national average is %13.5. Small towns in the U.S. which are very rural and extremely poor are around 23%. So, you have the largest city in the state with a poverty level comparable to a small town 1/200th of the size. Arizona is basically known as a state where people live when retired, i.e., for the temperature and weather. Since landlords usually charge double what one would expect to pay, my guess is that rate is expensive for the area. If you want to know their local prices, you need to find a realtor that handles commercial real estate for the local area. Rod Pemberton -- "Well, many people are really f---ing stupid too. Thank you for your long answer. Their open office aproach is not new I suppose, but until now I didn't see such a thing for different companies together. One company alone in an open office, yes. It seems americans are very social people :-) Anyway, my bussiness is much more practical, they seem to want "cloud" bussinesses, web development, etc. You take your laptop with you and that's it. I would need probably an entire desk only for me and my equipments... Oh, and I would have to take them home at the end of the day... LOL

That's the device with wheels you use to move refrigerators etc. It'd be similar to luggage with wheels, but bigger. Do you think I'm joking? Simple. Cheap. Easy. Even easier, musicians have horizontal racks with wheels on them for easy setup at concerts. Musical rack mount equipment is the same size as for computer equipment such as servers. The only difference is their cases can be horizontal instead of vertical, and sometimes they have wheels. Some are shorter. Those are easier to roll around. Find yourself a good musician supply shop or catalog that carries musician audio equipment. E.g., Google found a website called Musician's Friend. They have a couple listed as "rackmount cases with wheels." I would probably search for other websites. Sweetwater lists them as "Portable Rack Cases" either "w/Casters" or "w/Wheels". The "w/" is shorthand for "with". They have lots of portable rack mount cases on their website. https://www.sweetwater.com Rod Pemberton -- "Well, many people are really f---ing stupid too.
