Use of the stack can become too messy; if it is used
rationally it can be very helpful.
Factor:
Apply a closure ("quotation") to each element of a sequence.
{ 1 3 5 7 9 } [ pprint bl ] each
1 3 5 7 9
By using the stack, we can make "each" function as a
reduce or fold operator:
0 { 1 3 5 7 9 } [ + ] each .
