Do you know when you want to find a name to call something, but can't think of it, sometimes you go to a Thesaurus to offer suggestions.  Well, in the online video game word, there is a term called Nerfed, which means that they dumbed down the game and made it too easy.  Like playing with Nerf toys, completely safe.  Well I want a word for when a tech experience is totally unsatisfactory in every way, you expect it to be one thing, but it is another.  You resign yourself to it being the other way, but doing it the other way is also totally unsatisfactory.

Any suggestions?
