I cringe at the idea of standarizing words like SP@ which seem like
low-level implementation details.  Better to standard an optional
multitasking word list, that's designed for simple implementation using
primitives like SP@ but could be done other ways depending on the
underlying firmware and hardware.  For example, an FPGA implementation
might want to use hardware address translation to have an isolated stack
per task, instead of a single chunk of memory containing multiple
stacks.
