Yes.  While the xchar wordset provides the infrastructure to deal with
individual characters in other charsets, we currently have no way to
specify that the charset we work with is something other than ASCII.

That's the magic of UTF-8.  However, one of the usual problem spots is
still a problem spot in SwiftForth 3.6.3: Command-line editing: Use
the cursor keys to walk back and forward across a non-ASCII character.
SwiftForth avoids the other usual problem spot, indicating the
position of an error within a line, by not indicating the position of
the error.
