It wasn't offensive - just embarrassing. I wish you hadn't repeated the
personal information, but realistically, you didn't significantly
increase the damage by doing so.

Of course, that would have to be "yes I've seen it" and "no, it didn't
survive". Or "no, it didn't die".

No, Eternal September did not honor your cancel request. However, even
if it did, it's only one (and Google a second) of the hundreds of usenet
servers out there - of which virtually none of the others will honor
your request.

The OP still shows up on my Thunderbird/Eternal September newsreader,
but perhaps simply because copies of articles are downloaded to my machine.

Unless a cancel request can remotely delete articles stored on users'
machines, 1984-style.

Well, Phoenix is just a quick 80 minute flight from Burbank, where "The Big
Bang Theory" tapes. And they'll be taping on 2016-08-23. Good luck getting
tickets...

Why do you feel you haven't been productive lately?

Fewer lines of code committed (I assume you're a programmer)?

Can you please drop it? He accidentally posted something that
was obviously supposed to be a private e-mail. Have you not been
paying attention, or do you just enjoy harassing someone for an
innocent mistake?
