The issue with racism is similar to nationalism. The discrimination of people
out of its own community is prefered to get a fake sentiment of security.
Actually even in your own family you have black sheeps... I would recall that
the majority of rapes occurs between members of the same family. Likewise every
government (not chosen by any popular vote) milk your their so-called citizens
to fill their own pocket with speech for naive people (i.e. lies).

Rapes are not accepted social behaviors, not in Hong Kong.
