I can only assume you've resorted to personal attack because you know 
stealing is stealing, regardless of anything that you or the other 
armchair lawyers have to say about "the law"... 

In other words, you know I'm right and don't want to admit it.

I, for one, shall drop the topic because...

1. This is WAY off-topic here.

and

2. The "discussion" ceases to be worthwhile the moment people forget how 
to be civil to one another.

We will have to agree to disagree.
