Q: In C-code, is it possible to create an argument-list
that can be used as 'va_list'?
A: No. There are va_* macros to _read_ from such argument-list,
but there is no standardized way to _create_ such lists.
You would think an array of intptr_t elements would do the trick,
but it won't work on some platforms:
on those that pass function-parameters in registers (eg amd64)
On such platforms type va_list is not simply a pointer,
it is something like this:
typedef struct {
unsigned int gp_offset;
unsigned int fp_offset;
void *overflow_arg_area;
void *reg_save_area;
} va_list[1];
