My newsreader rendered that identifier as just STDIO_H.  It probably
tried to put it in italics, but my terminal emulator doesn't do italics.
I was about to reply that, since <stdio.h> is part of the
implementation, it needs to use a reserved identifier -- but of course
it already does.

I'll have to figure out how to turn off that behavior.  (If anyone knows
how to do that for Gnus, drop me an e-mail.)
