Hi, I'm Hiro Shimoyama who is maintaining a physics, math, and science website, http://hirophysics.com/

I have been using gnuplot for my research and education for a long time. I referred to many of web pages when I got stuck at that time.

Dr. Kawano's site is one of the most useful ones, but some of parts are sort of missing, and not updated for 5.0. Thus, I decided to make one I really want to refer to.

There are two points for my gnuplot 5.0 reference pages. 1. I collected methods I frequently used in my classroom and research, so basic methods are mostly covered. However, I didn't include too specific methods right now. 2. I also wanted to make it more educational so teachers can use it in her/his classrooms. All the data files in the website are downloadable, too.

Now, I would like to have feedback. If some parts don't explain well for you, please let me know. Also, if you want me to add the other methods, feel free to ask me.

Any contribution will be appreciated, and I will put your name in my acknowledgement page if you are OK.

The page is at
http://hirophysics.com/gnuplot/gnuplot.html

Thank you for your time.

The explanations are rather straightforward. Not much to say about that.

The page layout is broken in my browser (Firefox 52.0). At the top of
the page, part of the text gets wrapped into the table of contents.

What you name "tertiary" operator is usually (and in the gp manual)
called the "ternary" operator.

The link to "parameterizing" is broken, you missed the ".html" extension.

  Karl
