Reps. Tina Pickett (R-Bradford/Sullivan/Susquehanna) and Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford/Potter) are urging area residents and business owners who have experienced problems with Frontier Communications services to fill out forms that may be used by the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate to file a formal complaint against the company. The lawmakers met with OCA last week after seeing an increase in complaints to their district offices about Frontier’s services. https://tinyurl.com/brshtcbf
