#421 — Oracle instant client and nationals einwironment

Can anybody talk how can I install instatnt client with NLS_* eiwironmet other how American ? 
During installation, I do not have to choose a country, and after installation, I have always the American environment.

It is not clear whether you worry about the locale of the tools or the 
database itself.  We also do not know the OS you are on.  A few pointers
