Hello! I read a book and here it says "For example, the SQL Server data provider is designed to work with SQL Server 7 or later." So I can't understand what the book mean with SQL Server 7 ? Can somebody explain that ? //Tony

SQL Server 7 was released in the end of 1998. This was before Microsoft changed to put years in the name of the releases of SQL Server. SQL 2000 was originally planned to be released a SQL Server 7.5.
