Access 2013. I have a table. It contains 1 record. I have a query to select records from that table. When I run the query, I attempt to delete it. I click on the row and press the delete button. I get a message that states "The search key was not found in any record." I can't delete it. So I open up the table. Click on the row and attempt to delete it. I get the same error message. The only way I can remove the record is to create a Delete query. Any idea what this error means? Any idea why I can't delete the record from the table?

Any idea why I can't delete the record from the table? *--- That is weird. I hope that never happens to us! I assume you tried compacting and repairing the DB (you may get the same error message). And that there are no related records in other tables? Is there an index that you can remove? If compact / repair doesn't work; Delete the table, compact / repair, recreate the table.
