I created a database in Microsoft Access to track job applications. I will wonder if someone knows how to sell it online?

SourceForge would be a good place to make it available for free -- several
Open Source licenses are available.

Selling Access applications online has always been problematical. In the
past, several "exchanges" have been tried, but none lasted long. One problem
has been that the security provided by Access over the years is so easy to
penetrate. It was easy for someone to break security and pass your
application around to their friends and acquaintances.

I've had a "long run" with Access, from Access 1.0 until now, but all the
paying work I did was "bespoke systems" for individual customer companies...
in most cases, the reason they had custom software instead of "canned
software" was that their way of doing business was unique within their niche
(and other companies wouldn't have wanted to change their way of doing
business to conform, if they had marketed it).

Sorry I don't have better news; maybe someone else has a way. If so, I'd
like to know it.

Just a thought: perhaps the fact the application is made in Access is
irrelevant. Maybe just sell it as software. It has features and
benefits to its use, so pitch it directly to the target customers.
They'll tell you soon enough if they are interested.

Haha.. Yeah.. I notice Most companies that DO use access as an integral part of their program - I'm thinking E2 in particular - but I've seen others - do NOT mention the fact that they use Access as part of the structure because it's not viewed as a "real" database by some. Not me of course, I dig access with a spoon!
