Ah, there's the problem!  Your query does not contain a column named 
"Depleted"!  The name of the column being returned is "MinOfDepleted". 
Therefore if you change the Dlookup to:

DLookup("MinOfDepleted","qryDepleted")

And you ought to be "Good to go".
