I have been tasked to see if it is possible to modernize an old Access application we have been using for years as a Kiosk app in Win Xp through Win 7. The app took complete control over the computer and used a standard keyboard and mouse for navigation. It has been working for years, no problems. Now the powers that be want to know it is possible to move this app to a full touch screen Windows 8 implementation. My first pass at this fails miserably as I cannot seem to encourage the on Screen Keyboard to display at all EVER. I have Goggled looking for some way to pop up the OSK without any success. Has anyone had any experience with these new fangled touch enabled devices and MS Access. Is there any hope that I might succeed? Rdub
