Problem using Access accdb front end to data on Sharepoint

I am using Access 2010 with Sharepoint Access Services 2010 in a system. 
  I have been using this since March 2013 with good success.

I am just now seeing some missing data on the tables.  This is foreign 
key data that should be automatically set by use of the form - subform 
relation.

(I just changed the design to make the missing foreign key required.  I 
will see if that helps any.  I also added new tracking fields for 
who/when created and last updated key records.)

When I look at the data table for the sub form, I find that these 
instances have occurred recently - in the past few days.  I can see 
where the record added immediately before is fine while the record added 
immediately after is missing the foreign key from the form-subform 
relation.  The problem records DO have other data entered in the record 
that looks correct.

The software has been used for months.  the first 370 records created in 
the subform are just fine.  Only SOME recent ones are problems.

Albert or anyone else with EXPERIENCE with Access - Sharepoint have 
suggestions?
