No, you there is no "develper somethingorother" for Access.  You can't use 
any design mode features in your database, because design mode is disabled 
in the runtime, and you'd be surprised at some of the things that are 
considered "design mode". BTW, if you haven't done anything out of the 
ordinary, your Access 2000 database may well run under the 2010 runtime.
