Thank you Helpful Harr :)

Is it possible to have your solution ( idea ) in one file and may replace the different files with tables in that single file ?!

It will work as one file with multiple Tables, but I can't create that.
Sorry, I only have the old FileMaker 4 and 5 versions (running on a
"vintage" computer) which can't do single file multi-table databases.

It is not impossible to get a free FM 11-13. at least trial version for a month to be able to creat your idea :)

Thank you

You will learn much more when doing this yourself. You only have to
replicate everything in one file instead of several.
It will help you much in future.

It should also (hopefully) make it easier to understand the process,
which in turn should make it easier to fix or add to if needed.

Nope, afraid not. It's a PowerPC Mac that is nearly 20 years old,
running a version of Mac OS X that is 13 years old. It can handle
FileMaker 6, maybe 7 (I haven't checked the minimum system
requirements), but nothing newer than that. Sorry.

Mac OS X 10.2 on a PowerMac G3, right?

FileMaker Pro 7's minimum system is Mac OS X 10.2.8, so you could run it
if the need arose.

FileMaker Pro 8 or later would require a newer Mac, or a third party
hack to run an unsupported later Mac OS X version on your G3 (which
would not be able to stretch as far as version 11).

There is also the issue of getting the trial version. It would take
days / weeks to download using my limited-time dial-up connection,
although I might have a trial version on one of my many old magazine
over CDs.

I really wouldn't want to run a hacked and potentially unstable OS on
this work computer*, plus it could mean other software / hardware I
need won't run or work properly without being updated since I don't
have the disk space for yet another OS to optionally boot into.

* 10.2 is annoying enough when it decides to semi-randomly go to
sleep mid-doing something and not wake up, requiring a full
  forced reboot. :o(
