360/67 had 32bit addressing in 1967. 360/67 functional characteristics
at bitsavers:

it also had all processors able to address all channels in smp
configuration ... other 360&370 smp had dedicated io/channels ... more
than 24bit addressing and smp support for all processors accessing all
channels ... didn't re-appear until 1983 (370xa on 3081)
