It will have it's own incinerator to burn the dead fags and a Cesium-137 
waste filtration system to keep all the HIV / AIDS contaminated fecal 
matter from entering the sewers.

The problem they'll have is all the desert rednecks will know it's there, 
and sooner or later it will burn to the ground.
