DETAILS OF THE ORDERS SOUGHT FROM THE TRIBUNAL

never sent to the APPLICANT for which there is an insubstantial 
explanation as to whether this was an oversight or a deliberate 
frustration by a human agency because it infringed their sensibility 
about what (ie. our intolerable sufferance) ought to be subject to 
permissions in submission to the economy which is their own ideological 
cause.

New ORDERS were issued dated 24 APRIL 2026 due to the circumstance to

That SID SANDS (DELEGATE OF THE PRINCIPAL REGISTRAR TO VCAT) is with 
respects to an assertion of perverting the course of justice as a common 
law offence where the penalties that apply to them are codified in 
SECTION 320 of the CRIMES ACT 1958, by MISCHIEVOUS conduct in making a 
REJECTION on 22 AUGUST 2025 to our APPLICATION which has no substantive 
grounds pursuant to Section 71 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative 
Tribunal Act 1998 (the Act).

Is then directed to provide a statement of the substantive grounds for 
such REJECTION on 22 AUGUST 2025 to our APPLICATION pursuant to SECTION 
71, after the elapse to 7 days, under the authority of SECTION 9A(2)(b) 
VICTORIA CRIMES ACT 1958: "A person who— knowing that a person intends
