They’ve kept the text, used the Christian heritage as background, and
then let modern legal interpretation move well beyond the framers’
social assumptions—without going back to the people under s 128.

I use public transport, Bus takes me to entrance of big mall to top-up
my shopping, less than 10 min's by bus, 10 min's back.
The cost is $1.12 return (age pension price).
My mobile APP tells me to the minute actual time when bus arrives,
they are tracked in real time, the stop is easy access from my
backyard gate, and only 10 metres from it.

The bus stop I use has a roof and comfortable bench seat on edge of a
well maintained park, of course faces the road.
Buses are electric, air conditioned, wheel chairs can easily board
them, the bus door lowers to curb for easy access.
