Looks like you pointy clicky icon in the lower right corner of the little 
window thingy to produce a flat HTML file. Try that.

I wasn't goin to waste all that wood pulp to confirm my brilliant 
deduction. ;)

the problem is due to the fact that it's not a file at all but a series 
of 91 jpgs linked by javascript. here ya go!..

Thanks it worked as a word document printed through Libre office with a 
canon printer set on duplex although it ended about half size

Like I said, it's a series of images (.jpg's), so you would have needed 
to resize them, and reset the page margins, to get full size page 
printouts. eg: http://ausnet.info/murtz_sample.doc

I wasn't going to spend time doing that, and assumed you would be 
familiar enough with word to know what to do.
