People aren't deserting W11, but a lot have PCs that are still quite 
capable, but cannot run W11 so aren't upgrading to it.

It isn't just M$ anyway, I got an upgrade to my iPad that wanted 17gigs 
of storage. Since it only has 64gigs, I had to delete and re-install 
half the apps, and stuff like the music.
