It was advertised as second-hand RAM from a known manufacturer and seemed legit. I wasn't so lucky with the new USB memory stick I bought from Aliexpress though, which died after the first attemped write. I got a refund though, so possibly worth the risk. Though Aliexpress has got more complicated with refunds these days and caught me out last time an order failed to arrive at all - on first attempt "wait longer", then on a later attempt "too late to apply for a refund".
