Fraid so. The impact of bushfires is only different because the
population has increased so dramatically and we see a lot more
houses built in forested areas than there ever used to be.

> I think NOT!!

Yep, nothing viable to 'think' with.

That was proven when you proved you were completely
stupid when you believed the ignorant line that some
goon trainer ran that bullets fired from a horisontal gun
rise before they fall.

That's 15 years into the future, 10 before first planning approvals.
Nukes aren't going to happen.

Of course not. Too expensive to build, run, maintain and it will drive
energy costs through the roof.

There are no upsides to going nuclear.

How about something that can be resolved much faster?

Like... I'll bet $200 that you don't supply any conclusive proof of ever
owning a successful business in the S.I.E. within a week. How about it

As per your recent video/propaganda piece, adjectives aren't worth 2.5g
of poo compared to actual numbers. Sooo, rather than the useless
boganism, "poofteenth" what actual figure would you guess is Australias'
%age contribution of global CO2 output?

Oty.

Ok, a couple of things...

Australia is actually responsible for around 4.5% of global CO2
emissions, 80% of which is down to our fossil fuel export. (a)
Theoretically, but *extremely* unlikely, we could ban the export of this
stuff. As I say, I doubt very much that this could happen, I'm pointing
it out to you Murdoch mouthpieces who chant, "There's nothing we can do
that would have any effect" as a counterpoint.

On your link, which figure(s) on the 'Straya line are, "one poofteenth
of SFA"?

Wrong, its actually 1%
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_carbon_dioxide_emissions#Fossil_CO2_emissions_by_country/territory

80% of which is down to our fossil fuel export. (a)

That's a bogus number given that we aren't going to ban the export of coal

Well, No. If #16 is "one poofteenth of SFA" then your scale is bizarre.
#16 on that list means that Oz is in the *top* decile. So you'll be
revising your opinion of what Australia's contribution is then?

alvey
Incidentally, one of the leading loudmouths in perpetrating this lie
about Ozs' contribution being "one poofteenth of SFA" is, no, not the
Bumhole (Vic) Boofhead. It's a far more influential right-wing ratbag
who's current facing a mass of paedo charges. Alan Jones. His infamous
'grain of rice' piece on TV was disgraceful.

I'm looking at the countries *below* Australia. It's a worry when we get
pipped at the post by, say, France, UK, Italy. We're even knocking on
the doors of Canada and South Korea. And South Korea doesn't even
*export* fossil fuels.

Good to see that loudmouth get his comeuppance.
