Its completely stupid to claim that the result was
the pilot's fault and not due to the engine failure.

And pilots are not trained to keep going straight
ahead on engine failure, they are actually trained
to head for the safest place to land that the plane
can get to after the engine failure.

And its stupid to claim that a plane falls out of the sky when it
stalls. The Cessna 172 involved in fact mushes and doesnt stall.

And the pilot should never have been charged in the first place
given that he wasnt responsible for the engine failure.

I cant wait to see trial transcripts to find out who all these experts 
were, I would hope not all are in the employ of the commonwealth.
