The "same crowd" wants to do both?  Really?  Who *are* these people?

I do know that there are people who think it's stupid and pointless to
send people to jail for using marijuana, but that's not the same as
saying that everybody should use it.  I also know that people don't go
to jail for using tobacco, so that's not an issue.
