Can you do me a favor and test Mixfit[1], the brand new YAMN GUI client, under Tails, when setting the port in the config menu to 9050 instead of 1080? I ask because I currently have no Tails installation, because Windows 11 complained with a red alert box, that this is not valid to boot, so to speak. So far it works fine with Tor or NymVPN under Android with PlugOS. [1] https://github.com/Ch1ffr3punk/Mixfit Best Regards Stefan

Tails ships a .img, meant to be written raw/byte-for-byte to the stick, not mounted or burned as an ISO. If you used Rufus in "ISO Image mode" instead of "DD Image mode," it rebuilds the partition table incorrectly and produces exactly the kind of "not a valid boot device" red screen you're seeing. Hi Gabx, I had a working installion from them installed, but no worries as I use NymVPN on PlugOS and therefore no longer need Tails. -- https://oc2mx.net
