Wizard Really comes down to there are a number of good programs that can record the screen. Those that troll me in COLA get confused between this and my search for such a program that ALSO deals with OS / GPU meta-data so you can, in post production, be able to work with the mouse pointer, keystrokes, and windows in various ways. While some on COLA have told me such programs exist, that is hardly a good source of even low-tech information. I was generous and trusted they might be right and have asked here and elsewhere. Of course the info I got in COLA was wrong. So be it. OK, Linux has no such program. Not the end of the world. At some point I would love to see such a program be developed for Linux. I know little of the back end stuff, but I wonder if the replacements for X will make this easier or more likely.
