If that reject Linux loser ever offered to wipe my dick he would be in serious need of dental work. Hopefully he gathers his missing teeth off the ground before heading to the hospital.

x-posting this to aol and f/ups there; as it isn't Ub. The enhanced > XFCE interface of MX-15 works fine for the wifi. The wifi issue is solved; I continue tinkering with the live MX & antiX. Some remarks about the evolution of antiX 16 and MX 15, where antiX deftly uses lightweight interface such as IceWM and RoxFiler and clever .py tools and MX 15 is 'antiX-based' Mepis community supported and has an XFCE 4.12 DE. Warren Woodford released Mepis 2003 as a KDE Debian. In 2006 he transitioned to Ubuntu base. 2007 anticapitalista released antiX fork optimized for low resource hardware. 2007 Dec Woodford shifted to Mepis repos derived from both Deb & Ub. MepisLite and SimplyMepis and ProMepis emerged 10 or so years ago, with SimplyMepis releases continuing until 2011 May. DistroWatch currently classifies SimplyMepis as dormant, which means that there hasn't been a new release in the last 2 years. Mepis 11.x released 2013 Aug in 32/64 is available for dl, a KDE4. Meanwhile antiX releases are considered DW active, and its 'offspring' aided by the Mepis community is the XFCE Debian based MX, which releases have been going on since 2014 MX-14, which MX doesn't have a separate DW entry. So, Mepis DW section is dormant, activeX is active, and MX is considered antiX. Another area of confusion for me is are different descriptions of whether the Debian repos are testing or stable; I'm currently going with/ thinking/ testing. -- Mike Easter
