It costs money, to run Internet radio. That's because the connection bandwidth costs money. When an Internet Radio has advertising, it is easy to see the attempt to recoup that money. Like "Free VPN", "Free Radio" cannot be free as the money has to come from somewhere. For example, the postimage.org site, burns $30,000 in bandwidth (at $0.03 per gigabyte) per month. That's a third of a million dollars per year. The advertising on that site, has always been of the lowest grade materials, and the cost per impression must be extremely low. When a service is "free" and tangible assets are consumed to run it, you have to ask how they make the money back. That's why you should be suspicious. It doesn't matter what country the participants are in, it depends on what their intent is. Paul
