Ah, yes, I've usually used the netinst, so that might have helped me.

Heh, I've been waiting for years. Maybe someday! More recently I had
half an eye on GuixSD too in case that got further with Hurd first.
Perhaps that Linux works so well means reduces any need for Hurd.
