However, it's my understanding you're not using Google Groups, but posting via Eternal September. This makes me believe it's an encoding option option on your end, or perhaps a setting as Alexei said. I usually don't take much issue with this except to tell people they've got an issue, but I was hoping that in your case, I could help.
