little egbert seems to have an "i was here first" type of attitude

and continues to peck little bubblehead during feedings.

little bubblehead got a lump of fish, so, it is eating,

but it keeps getting pecked in the head and may develop a concussion syndrome.

bubblehead sprawled after an attack and spewed white fecal matter over the nest.

plenty of fish though, so, mommy and daddy probably won't be forced to eat their young.

plenty of food for egbert, plenty for bubblehead

but, egbert Does seem to have an "i was here first" attitude

and demands the lion's share,

little realizing it's just a little pipsqueak

and could end up being eaten by mommy

they may live...
