Same / similar performance issues on AT&T, TWC, Cox and Starbucks networks. Where it is NOT happening is on government networks, hospital networks, cop networks and some local ISP networks. Beginning to smell a rat. Tor has to be started twice before it works sometimes. This would be true on 6 or 7 different types of hardware or virtual machines in those networks. Netflix and Amazon won't work because bandwidth is too low. Netflix test at fast.com runs as low as 15K, then could go as high as 16 Mbps. Average maybe 240Kbps to 740Kbps. Hop on the way to Amazon has EXTREMELY high latency, greater than 3500ms.
