Now their preaching has come back to haunt them. Further, the GOP's decision to not even discuss Obamas SCOUTS nominee is very unpopular by the majority of the country. Nobody buys their arguments; and now they look really bad as the nominee is (was) highly respected.

From what little I have seen the country has dodged a bullet with this guy. It's sad that the blocking is being done by one man, Mitch McConnell. In a more perfect government I think that the President of the Senate needs a "council of elders" who could override his more outrageous actions. Harry Reid also needed a council of elders.
