They went from the state-carrying party to oblivion in two elections. Trump can carry the core of the GOP, all right. But almost noone else. No latinos. No asians. No blacks. Few women, and even fewer youngsters. This one may be even worse than the 1964 campaign (and Goldwater was a pretty nice guy in comparison). That should give him ~35% of the vote. Max. A majority of the populace now expects basic living costs to be paid by someone else. Being independent and self-reliant is now politically incorrect and viewed as a pot of wealth to be "shared" with everyone else but the owner. The US voters chose Obama twice; they will choose another with a socialist bias. As time goes one, the heads of government will become more and more socialist.
