The Unionists have resisted assimilation into the Republic since 1922. No need for any sensitivity, in one fell swoop, sort out all the problems which at one time or another have been caused by Monarchy, so, independence for Scotland and Wales, Malvinas given back to Argentina and Gibraltar to the Spanish, and Northern Ireland back to Eire, so at least the proviince of Ulster becomes whole again, and then down the dole office for Lilibet Windsor (already 30 years past retireing age and hardly majestic as a scrawny old baggage), her kindred and her spawn.
