I think it had a section on electrifying garbage cans for racoon protection using Model-T spark coils. (Which you could still get from JC Whitney when I read the book in the 1970s, though I never had the cash), and a section on breaking down lead/acid car batteries in some horribly dangerous fashion for some project or other. -- columbiaclosings.com What's not in Columbia anymore..
