Faaark, that place is average 9 feet above MSL, some parts
only 3 feet. Many other cities in the panhandle are only
6 to 10 feet above MSL. And the water table is pretty
shallow, it gets 'em both ways.
Who moves there? Dumbfuck GOP voters!
