People in the USA (and around the globe) are a little scared.

There are concerns, that circle around something called 'New World Order'.

What this is, that is not know precisely, but apparently George Bush and 
Barack Obama are/were promoting this.

The stories around this plot have a great variety, but circle around 
sinister 'agendas', which some sort of 'bad guys' plan to carry out (at 
the expense of the American people).

Those plans would actually have an effect upon common citizens, 
(depending how serious the plans are).

One of these fear had circled around a FEMA camp in Beach Grove. Other 
were related to large amounts of coffins, that are stored of unknown 
purposes.

These fears cause people to think about the danger of such plots and 
whether or not they like them (or their proponents).
