I'm not claiming Geek Uninstaller is better, but after using it for some
time I felt Revo was bloated. They have an Android app as well and AFAIK
it comes with ads, so...

Portable shouldn't be the issue since Revo offers portable as well:

There's another option:: UniGetUI.

I use it as an update checker (and installer), but it can also be used
to uninstall software (not all software  shows up in the list though).
