Tools > Developer Tools > Error Console

turn various settings on/off in the top right corner.

When it happens, if you tell TB to work offline and then back online 
again, does it spring back into life?

A bug I reported sometime ago, has had a burst of activity and supposed 
fix (I'm running nightly now to check it) and ought to make it into v141.
