At Telefónica, Spain, it is somewhat like that with the phone robot. The human, depends on your luck. But then there is also a web forum, which is slow but the staff is more knowledgeable. That said, it is surprising that the advice to reboot the router or the ONT works very often :-D -- Cheers, Carlos.
