[Mail and Newsgroups] Some RSS feeds and newsgroups are empty?

Hey all

The transfer of my profile over to Linux has been mostly smooth! Only 
problem I've encountered are that some of my newsgroups have shat the 
bed and stopped working.

-One of my feeds (and the YouTube one before it broke) keeps downloading 
the same message over and over again, so I gotta delete the wall of 
twelve messages about someone's cool project to get to the next wall)

-All of my RSS feeds for YouTube have had all their messages disappear 
and wont receive new ones once I clicked "repair folder"

-All of my newsgroups have fully stopped working in the receiving 
messages department. I tried repairing the folder but Seamonkey crashed 
in its entirety.

Any way I can get my folders fully restored or do I have to delete them 
all and reconstruct them?

Any help is appreciated (assuming I can view the replies after I send 
this. I didn't think this through actually.)
